WILL COUNTY GHOST HUNTERS SOCIETY

On March 31, 2007 the WCGHS conducted a joint benefit dinner/investigation with the CGHS at the Union League Boys and Girls Club in Chicago,IL. During the course of the investigation, one of the groups were conducting an investigation in the locker room outside the pool area in the basement of the club. Two of the members thought they saw an apparition crouching between two of the other members. Later in the evening we returned to the same area to conduct another EVP session. The following EVP was recorded by Tom Wilson at 10:45pm. The EMF reading held steady at 1.0 milliguass, and the temperature was 68 degrees. Dan Jungles asks," Were you hiding? Were you afraid?"  Then a spirit of a small child replies,"Yes." This is followed up by another spirit saying,"No." 

 

 

During an investigation on December 28, 2006 at the St John's Cemetery in Hampton,Va the following EVP was recorded. Dan was picking up some flowers that had been kcocked over. Dan says,"There's some flowers that dumped out of the vase." Then there are some noises, this is Dan putting the flowers back in the vase. Finally, a male spirit says,"A brown girl named Nickie did this."

During an investigation on December 17, 2006 to the Aux Sable Grove Cemetery  the following EVP was recorded. We were near a grave that we often visit when we are in this location, no questions were being asked when this was recorded.  One of our lead investigator, Kathy Stinson was not with us, but a spirit was recorded asking, "Hey,where's Kathy?" 

The following EVP was recorded at a home investigation in Coal City, IL on December 15, 2006 by Sarah Johnson and Ashley Cavaness. The investigators were in a bedroom of the home where cold spots have been felt on other occasions. A spirit says,"He's my cousin.... look."  Then Ashley says, "Move the balloon over here."  

On November 5,2006 lead investigator for the WCGHS, Dan Jungles conducted an extensive investigation of the Morgan building in the Manteno State Mental Hospital Complex in Manteno,IL. Dan was alone just outside the gold hydro-room, when this was recorded. There was no questions being asked at the time this was recorded. It sounds like the voice of a female spirit saying,"Okay stop."

 

 

On July 2, 2006 the WCGHS conducted an investigation at Wheeler Cemetery just outside Mazon,IL. We were at a grave that did not yet have a headstone, but was highly decorated. One of the items at the grave was small camper trailer. Investigator Cindy Johnson asks,"Did you like to go camping? I see a trailer, a camping trailer over here. " There is about 15 seconds of silence then you here a spirit say,"Camp."  We all heard this loud noise coming directly from behind one of our members. Then Dan says,"What the hell was that?" Cindy responses"I don't know Dan."  

 

On July 2, 2006 the WCGHS conducted an investigation at Short Cemetery in Coal City, IL. No questions were being asked when this EVP was recorded. Dan says,"It's a nice night out though."  Then Investigator Sarah Johnson says, "It is nice. One thing about summer.." {Interrupted by a  spirit saying something {unclear)} then Sarah says, "...it can be 98 degrees in the daytime."  Then Dan says,"To me..."  

 

 

The following EVPs were recorded during an investigation at a private residence in the Cathedral area of Joliet,IL on June 2, 2006.

Lead Investigator Dan Jungles was in the basement in the old coal room when his EMF detector spiked. He immediately turned on his audio recorder, and says, "Coal room,  is there anyone here?" A male spirit then responses,"Yes." 

A group of investigators were conducting EVPs in an upstairs bedroom of the home where the homeowner claims to have heard a small child playing.  Dan asks, "Do you need help?" The spirit of a small child responses,"Daddy." 

On May 28, 2006 the WCGHS investigated Saint Mary's Nativity in Cresthill, IL. Dan says,"Wind chime."  Then Kathy says,"No, there was a voice. Could be that car? It sounds like it was.."  A male spirit then says,"Car."  Dan then says,"If the squad pulls up, there gonna pull up behind Cindy's car and we'll be able to see them."  

During the course of the investigation we heard some rustling in the bushes. Dan jokingly says," It's a Chupacabra."  A spirit softly saying," Sshhh, be quite." Then, Cindy says,"Did you guys hear a crack." 

On May 28, 2006 the WCGHS investigated the Statesville Prison Cemetery in Cresthill, IL. Kathy Stinson says,"We have some spirit activity or energy that is different." Then a male spirit says,"Bob." The Sarah Johnson says,"Thank God we're doing this ..."

On May 26, 2006 the WCGHS investigated Dresden Cemetery in Minooka,IL. Dan was telling the team about a previous investigation. He says,"Me, him, and Shaggy were down here.We were up in the corner." A spirit of a small child says,"I see (unclear what is being said) ground."

The following EVP was recorded during an investigation at a private residence in Lockport,IL on January 22, 2005 by Lisa Lamber in the attic of the home.  There was no question being asked. You can hear the camera click and then what sounds like  "pain" at the ten second mark.    The below EVPs were recorded during a follow-up investigation at a private residence in Lockport,IL on January 29,2005. The following EVP was recorded by Dan Jungles in the living room of the home. You will hear Dan ask,"Are you the one who moved the firetruck?"  and then at the 10.5 second mark you will hear someone response,"I just want to play." The following is just the response,"I just want to play."   The following EVP was recorded by Dan Jungles in the attic of the home. You will hear Dan ask,"Is there anyone here?" and then you will hear someone respond,"Hi."   The following EVP was recorded by Dan Jungles at the Manteno State Hospital on January 26,2005. You will hear Dan ask,"Do you need help?" and then you will hear a man's voice say,"Help me."  The following EVP was recorded by Dan Jungles on January 11,2005 at the Zarley Cemetery in Joliet,IL. You will hear Dan ask, "Do you need help?"  Then you will hear something growl.  The following EVPs were  recorded at the Manteno State Hospital in Manteno,IL on December 26,2004 by Dan Jungles. In this one you will hear Dan asking the question,"Do you need help?" and you can hear someone respond, "Sometimes."  In this one you will hear Dan asking the question,"Is there anyone here?" and you can hear someone respond, "I am."         The following EVP was recorded at the Manteno State Hospital in Manteno,IL on December 18,2004 by Lisa Lamber. You will hear Dan Jungles asking the question,"Is there anyone here?" and you can hear someone respond, "Yes....I am".

The following EVP was recorded at Woodlawn Cemetery in Joliet,IL at 3:15pm on December 22,2004 by Dan Jungles.  You will hear Dan ask,"Do you know Christmas is a couple days away?", then at the 8 second mark you will hear someone respond, "Yesss."       

The following EVP was recorded at Woodlawn Cemetery in Joliet,IL at 4:10pm on December 23,2004 by Dan Jungles. You will hear Dan ask, "What's your name?," then the spirit says,"Birmingham."
